Jetking Infotrain Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 02, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter (Q3 of FY 2016-17) ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for Promoters, Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Regulations shall remain closed from January 26, 2017 till February 04, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of adoption of Un-audited financial results of the Company.
