Vakil, being Company Secretary of Company, as Compliance officer in place of Mr. Satish C. Trivedi.<BR><BR>Mr. Chintan H. Vakil was appointed as Company Secretary of Company with effect from November 01, 2014, but is appointed as Compliance Officer pursuant to Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 in meeting of Board of Directors held on February 04, 2016.
