Jindal Cotex Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company, the 'Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by the persons covered under the code will be closed from May 20, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
