With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 06, 2014 informing about Board Meeting of the Company to be held on February 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013, Jindal Poly Films Ltd has now informed BSE that due to some unforeseen reason and circumstance the aforesaid meeting has been re-scheduled on February 24, 2014. In this regard, trading window will remain closed till the closing hour of February 25, 2014.
