Pursuant to Provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors ('Board') of the Company has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Prakash Matai (DIN 07906108) as Non-Executive Independent Director to the Board of the Company in their meeting held on today i.e. 12th August, 2017. Further approval of shareholders for his appointment will be taken through Postal Ballot process.
