Jindal Saw Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2015, inter alia, considered and approved the constitution of a Reorganisation Committee to explore and evaluate various options for restructuring of the Company and its direct and indirect wholly owned subsidiaries, viz, JITF Infralogistics Limited, JITF Waterways Limited and JITF Shipyards Limited so as to achieve optimum utilization of capabilities and bring about dedicated management focus and business strategies.
