Jindal Saw Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter/year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To approve the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2016 ; and<BR><BR>3. To recommend the payment of dividend to the shareholders for the above year.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window shall be closed from 6.00 p.m. on May 19, 2016 and would end after 48 hours from the disclosure of above Financial Results.
