Jindal Stainless Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia to consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>As per Company's Insider Trading Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from November 05, 2014 till November 13, 2014 (both days inclusive).
