Jindal Stainless Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per provisions of Companys approved Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed with effect from July 01, 2015 till August 11, 2015 (both days inclusive).
