Jindal Stainless Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 29, 2014, inter alia, to consider & approve a Scheme on "Asset Monetization and Business Reorganization Plan" (AMP) of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, as per Companys insider Trading Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from December 23, 2014 till December 30, 2014 (both days inclusive).
