Jindal Stainless Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per provisions of Companys approved Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed with effect from May 19, 2016 till May 31, 2016 (both days inclusive).
