Jindal Steel & Power Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on March 30, 2017, inter alia, to consider various modes of fund raising by way of preferential allotment of securities to different entities including the promoter(s)/promoter group entity(ies).<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company by the designated employee(s) / connected person(s) of the Company, shall remain closed from March 28, 2017 to April 03, 2017 (both days inclusive).
