Jindal Steel & Power Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. appointed Mr. Rajeev Bhaduaria as a Wholetime Director of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Further the Company has informed that, subject to the approval of the shareholders, the Board of Directors have also;<BR><BR>i. approved issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures upto Rs. 10,000 Crore.<BR><BR>ii. approved Issuance of further Securities upto Rs. 5,000 Crores.
