Jindal Steel & Power Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited financial results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015, both on standalone and consolidated basis.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company for the designated / connected persons of the Company shall be closed from May 18, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive).
