Jindal Worldwide Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading, it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed from this intimation up to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive).
