JK Agri Genetics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2019, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each (15%). The said Dividend, if declared by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be credited/despatched within three weeks of the said meeting.
