JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that, in compliance of Regulation 8 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has adopted and approved the Code of Practices and Procedures For Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" which is effective from May 15, 2015.<BR><BR>The Company has also adopted and approved the Code Of Conduct To Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" which is also effective from May 15, 2015, pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
