With reference to the News Item appearing in ET Now dated August 07, 2015 titled ""JK tyre in final lap to acquire Kesoram tyre unit/arm. Deal likely to be announced next week. JK Tyre likely to offer Rs. 2200 crs for the deal. Deal aimed to cut debt on books over Rs.. 4400 crs", <BR><BR>JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :<BR><BR>"There is no transaction between JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. and Kesoram Industries Ltd. Any development in JK Tyre will be reported in terms of the Listing Agreement."<BR>
