JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2017, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 2.50 per Equity Share of Rs. 2 each (125%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2017 i.e., same as in the previous financial year.<BR><BR>The said Dividend, if declared by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be credited/dispatched within three weeks of the said Meeting.
