JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 16, 2015 to September 22, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 22, 2015.<BR><BR>The Dividend will be paid within three weeks of the date of AGM, if declared by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on September 22, 2015.
