JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 04, 2015, inter alia, for approving the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from July 28, 2015 to August 06, 2015 (both days inclusive).
