JK Tyre and Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened to be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, for approving the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 07, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive).
