| JK Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 06, 2016 interalia to consider, approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Insider Trading Code of the Company the Trading Window' for dealing in securities will remain close for designated employees / Directors / Promoters of the Company and other Connected Persons in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 from January 28, 2016 6 P.M. till the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on February 06, 2016. | |
