JK Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2015, has decided to make Jaykaycem (Central) Ltd. (an unlisted, public limited and part of promoter group Company), its Wholly owned Subsidiary by acquiring 100% paid up equity capital. This will facilitate to implement the business plan of Jaykaycem (Central) Ltd. and/or to implement its future cement project(s).
