Shri Yadupati Singhania has been appointed as Chairman of the Board and redesignated as Chairman and Managing Director.<BR><BR>2. Formulated and adopted code for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct as required under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
