JK Cement Ltd has informed BSE about arrangements since have been made to credit dividend (of 2014-2015) amount to Equity Dividend Account 2014-15 opened with IDBI Bank, Kanpur on August 06, 2015 when dividend amount would be remitted to the Shareholders through NECS/NEFT and moreover the Dividend Warrant of 2014-2015 would be dispatched physically by Post on August 10, 2015 i.e. within 21 days from AGM scheduled on August 01, 2015.
