JK Cement Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the Code'), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the said code of the Company from October 25, 2014 to November 03, 2014 (both days inclusive) due to meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on November 01, 2014, inter alia, to approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2014.
