JM Financial Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 02, 2017, has:<BR><BR>1. Recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.85 per share for the year ended March 31, 2017.<BR><BR>2. Decided to convene the Thirty Second Annual General Meeting on July 24, 2017.<BR><BR>The above dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid on and from July 27, 2017.
