JM Financial Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, has :<BR><BR>- Recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.80 per share for the year ended March 31, 2015 <BR><BR>- decided to convene the Thirtieth Annual General Meeting on July 30, 2015.<BR><BR>The above dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid on and from August 01, 2015.
