JM Financial Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>The trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from May 05, 2015 to June 02, 2015. The trading window shall re-open from June 03, 2015.
