JM Financial Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2015 inter alia, to, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months<BR>ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>The trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from January 9, 2015 to January 29, 2015 in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading.
