JMC Projects (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on October 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, due to this meeting as stated above, Trading Window in respect of dealing in shares and securities of the company have already been closed as per Company's Insider Trading code and will re-open from expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
