JMC Projects (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders of the Company, in the Annual General Meeting of<br/>the Company held on September 27, 2014, have approved the appointment of Mr. Devendra Raj Mehta, Mr. Shailendra Raj Mehta and Mr. Mahendra G. Punatar, as Independent Directors of the Company, for a term of consecutive period of five years.<br/><br/>Further, informed that the shareholders of the Company, in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 27, 2014 have approved the appointment of Ms. Anjali Seth as a Director of the Company. Ms. Anjali was earlier appointed as additional director on August 01, 2014.
