JMC Projects (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders of the Company, in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 27, 2014, have passed special resolution for approval and adoption of new set of regulations of Articles of Association of the Company. The Company has submitted to BSE the certified copy of the special resolution in this regard.
