JMD Telefilms Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company in its Meeting of Board of Directors held on December 18, 2014, have decided to fix Record Date as January 02, 2015 for the purpose of Issue of Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio of 1 Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each for every 1 Equity Shares held by Members as on record date.
