JMT Auto Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter / Half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the trading window shall remain close for all designated employees of the Company from November 06, 2014 and shall continue until the beginning of 25th hour after the public announcement of the financial results are made.
