JMT Auto Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, to consider, approve following matters:-<BR><BR>1. To consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter / Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To fix the Record Date for purpose of sub-division of 1 (one) fully paid-up equity share of the Company having a face value of Rs. 10/- each into 5 (Five) equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window shall remain close for all designated employees of the Company from May 21, 2015 and shall continue until the beginning of 25th hour after the public announcement of the financial results are made.
