JMT Auto Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on February 11, 2016, for the following matters:-<BR><BR>- To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window shall remain close for all designated employees of the Company from February 03, 2016 and shall continue until the beginning of 25th hour after the public announcement of the financial results are made.
