JSW Energy Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 13, 2016 to July 21, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 21, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Dividend recommended, if approved by the shareholders of the Company, shall be paid on July 22, 2016.
