JSW Energy Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on January 20, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 (Q3) and to consider raising of long term funds through the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures by way of a Private Placement.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the provisions of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor & report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from January 10, 2017 to January 22, 2017 (both days inclusive).
