With reference to the earlier letter dated January 09, 2017 regarding Closure of Trading Window, JSW Energy Ltd has now informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to consider inter-alia, the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 and to consider raising of long term funds through the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures by way of a Private Placement, has been rescheduled to January 23, 2017.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the provisions of the Companys "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will now be closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) till January 25, 2017 (inclusive).
