JSW Energy Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on February 02, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the captioned Circular and keeping in view the provisions of "SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992" as amended from time to time and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) with immediate effect till February 03, 2015 (both days inclusive).
