With reference to the News Article published in Hindustan Times titled "Jindal's JSW Energy eyes JP Group's power projects in MP", JSW Energy Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<br/><br/>"We wish to clarify that JSW Energy Limited continues to evaluate various opportunities as part a of its growth strategy. However, we are not in any conclusive discussions for any particular project. Whenever any proposal attains finality, the Company will comply with the provisions of the Listing Agreement and make requisite disclosures accordingly."
