| JSW Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on February 02, 2016 have approved the Postal Ballot Notice, (for seeking approval of the members for implementation of "JSW Holdings Employees' Stock Ownership Plan, 2016") which will be sent to the Members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on February 05, 2016 (being the cut-off date).<BR><BR>The Postal Ballot Notice will be sent to Members in electronic form on the email addresses registered with the Depository Participants. In case of Members whose email address is not registered, physical copy of Postal Ballot Notice & Form will be sent by permitted mode, along with a pre-paid postage self-addressed Business Reply Envelope. | |
