JSW Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that at the Board meeting scheduled to be held on January 20, 2015, the Board would inter alia consider the adoption of Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2014 (Q3).<BR><BR>Keeping in view the relevant provisions of the above mentioned Code as duly approved by Board of Directors, we request you to note that the Trading Window will be closed from January 10, 2015 to January 21, 2015 (both days inclusive) and shall open on January 22, 2015.<BR><BR>All Designated employees and concerned are requested NOT to trade in shares of the Company till the trading window is opened.
