JSW Holdings Limited - Outcome of Board Meeting - Change in RTA & Appointment of Auditor

| JSW Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 06, 2016, has <BR>approved the change of Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) from Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited to Karvy Computershare Private Limited ("Karvy"). The Company is in the process of executing necessary agreement with Karvy in order to ensure that the transition action from Sharepro to Karvy is smooth.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has issued a notice to Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited for termination of MOU with them. The Company is also in the process of appointing an Auditor for audit of share transfers processed by Sharepro in accordance with the directions stated in the said SEBI Order.<BR><BR>However, stakeholders are being informed that during the transition period, the RTA activities will still be handled by Sharepro upto May 31, 2016. From June 01, 2016 onwards, the RTA activities shall be handled by Karvy. | |
