JSW Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 01, 2014, the Board would inter alia consider the adoption of Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014 (Q2).<br/><br/>Keeping in view the relevant provisions of the above mentioned Code as duly approved by Board of Directors, we request you to note that the Trading Window will be closed from October 21, 2014 to November 02, 2014 (both days inclusive) and shall open on November 03, 2014.<br/><br/>All designated employees and all persons concerned as insiders are requested NOT to trade in shares of the Company till the trading window is opened.
