JSW Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 29, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. Completion of term of two Independent Directors:<BR><BR>Dr. S. K, Gupta and Mr. Sudipto Sarkar, Independent Directors have ceased to be on the Board upon completion of their term as Independent Directors, on July 28, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Mr. Malay Mukherjee as an Independent Director.
