The Exchange has sought clarification from JSW Steel Ltd with respect to news article appearing on Moneycontrol website on October 28, 2014 titled "CBI registers preliminary enquiry against JSW steel for alleged forest land diversion for mining project in Jharkhand".<br/><br/>JSW Steel Ltd replied stating:<br/><br/>"We are not aware of any such move nor have we received any official communication in this regard. We note to keep the Exchange informed if there are any material developments in this regard in compliance with clause 36 of the Listing Agreement."
