The Exchange had sought clarification from JSW Steel Ltd with respect to news appearing in The Economic Times on June 9, 2015 titled "Jindal Brothers to Unwind Cross-holdings in Group Cos."<BR><BR>JSW Steel Ltd replied stating "We wish to inform you as under:<BR><BR>We have been informed by the Promoters and Promoter Group that there is no intention to create any new structure at present. We assure you that the Company will at all times comply with applicable laws and continue to keep you informed about its state of affairs by way of applicable statutory/regulatory disclosures, required to be made from time to time."
